                              RESOLUTION NO. 21511
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 
                 TOGETHER WE CAN SCHOLARSHIP FUND CREATION AND 
                 MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY 
                 FOUNDATION OF GREATER CHATTANOOGA, INC. SO AS 
                 TO AMEND CERTAIN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized an 
       amendment to the Together We Can Scholarship Fund Creation and 
       Management Agreement with The Community Foundation of Greater 
       Chattanooga, Inc. so as to amend certain eligibility criteria as 
       follows:
            Replace Paragraph 6(b)1(i) with the following:
            
            (i)	 The applicant must be a graduating high school 
                 senior who has attended a Chattanooga Public School 
                 or Hamilton County School from the sixth through 
                 twelfth grades.
            
            Replace Paragraph 6(b)1(vi) with the following:
            
            (vi) The applicant must graduate from a Hamilton County 
                 high school.
